We encourage you to place an order when half of your CBD is gone, as this will prevent any gaps in your supply.

When will my order be shipped?

We try our best to get out as many packages as possible (even if that means running to FedEx to drop off your package after their scheduled pick up!), but please allow 24 hours for order processing.

We ship everywhere in the United States (including Hawaii & Alaska). We do not ship internationally at this time.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs a flat rate of $7 for all orders.

What delivery methods do you use?

We use FedEx 2Day as our exclusive shipping & delivery service.

When can I expect my order to arrive?

FedEx 2Day delivers by 4:30 PM in two business days to most areas, and by 8:00 PM to residences.

Important: FedEx does not offer weekend delivery through our system. That means if you place an order on Friday, it will likely be delivered the following Wednesday.

How do I track my order?

Once you’ve placed an order, you’ll receive a purchase confirmation email that contains the details of your order, as well as your order number. Next, once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a second email that shares your package’s tracking number.

Didn’t receive it? No problem – email us at support@healioscbd.com, and we’ll be happy to provide you with your tracking number.

Yes, we offer exchanges on any unopened, unused product purchased within the last 30 days.

With receipt, we offer full refunds to the original form of payment on any unopened, unused product purchased within the last 30 days. No receipt? No problem – we can offer you a store credit to use online or in store.
